Here are a couple of example party timetables. These assume the party begins at 15:00.

The Showtime Party (Deluxe)

14.40: The team arrives and sets up.
15.00: The guests begin to arrive. There are two inflatables set up for the children to play on. Music is playing. Face painter begins and continues throughout.
15.30: The children sit down and are welcomed to the party. They play a few games - parachute games/ musical statues etc.
15.50: Food time. The children are rounded up by the team for tea.
16.20: Time for a Magic Show. Including a parrot puppet who magics up some balloons.
16.45: Balloon modelling for all the children, and some more playing around if needed.
17.00: Children leave.

Circus Workshop party

14.40: The team arrives and sets up.
15.00: The guests begin to arrive. There is a stilt-walker there to welcome the children in!. Music is playing.
15.15: The children sit down and are welcomed to the party. Time for a circus show, including a full compliment of circus skills
15.35: The children are divided into groups for the circus workshop.
16.15: Food time. The children are rounded up by the team for tea.
16.45: Balloon modelling for all the children.
17.00: Children leave.

'The Entertainer' party - 1hr

14.40: The Entertainer arrives and sets up.
15.00: The party begins with a fun-filled Magic Show, including Simon the Parrot!
15.30: If requested the entertainer can include a couple of short fun, interactive games.
15.45: Balloon modelling - something for all the children to take home.
16.00: The Entertainer leaves.

The Princess & Pirate Party

14.40: The team arrives and sets up.
15.00: The guests begin to arrive. An art and craft table set up with pictures for colouring. Music is playing Face painter begins and continues throughout
15.10: Everyone is welcomed to the party and the craft session begins where the children make their very own Princess bracelets and pirate telescopes!.
15.45: Princess and pirate games begin - with a treasure hunt, wake the sleeping beauty, relays, parachute games and more!
16.20: Food time. The children are rounded up by the team of tea.
16.45: Balloon modelling for all the children.
17.00: Children leave.
